Our Oregon

We Oregonians are very proud of our state. We are stewards to its mountains (check out our Alpine Club), high deserts, coast and fertile valleys. We have great wine, wind surfing, and hundreds of miles of beautiful hiking trails. The beaches all along our expansive coastline are publicly owned and easily accessible.

You will find that Oregonians are among the friendliest people in the nation. We have fine schools and livable cities. In Portland we have theater, ballet, the symphony, plays and a thriving night life. This is a wonderful place to call home.

 Our Neighborhood

Trillium Hollow is set in a comfortable neighborhood just minutes from downtown Portland (see: Location). It is walkable with a wonderful park nearby. There's a bus stop right at the end of our driveway and we're only a few minutes drive from the nearest MAX station; a transit center where you can catch buses or the MAX train which will take you to many parts of the city and even the airport. We have our choice of four nearby major grocery stores and many other essential services.

At Trillium we value participation and community spirit. We recycle, we compost, we care for our humble 3 ¾ acre wooded property and we care about each other. We work hard at being a community. It takes an emotional hardiness to thrive here and we love it.

Our main building holds 28 condominium units ranging in size from studios to four bedroom town houses. There is also a separate 29^th Unit. We have a hot tub with adjoining shower and bathroom. Our spacious 5000 sq. ft. Common House serves as a place for community meetings and bi-weekly meals. It holds three guest rooms, two children's play rooms and a modest library. We have a community garden and underground parking in the main building which is also equipped with an elevator. We may be just the place you're looking for.
